Jenifer joined Bashore Green in 2022 because she was familiar with the law firm’s high level of integrity which mirrors her own personal philosophy of practicing law with a focus on client satisfaction and communication.
Jenifer brings extensive experience to the firm in helping clients who have been injured in auto accidents while also handling a large docket of Michigan No-Fault cases filed by medical providers. During her career, Jenifer has handled difficult appeals regarding taxable costs, the awarding of penalty No-Fault attorney fees, and third-party threshold issues.
At Bashore Green she supports the firm’s Corporate and Family Law clients as well and is further expanding her personal practice in those areas working directly with partners.
She believes in the importance of serving as a subject matter expert in the field of law and is active member of several professional organizations such as the Michigan Associate for Justice and the American Bar Association. Jenifer regularly attends continuing legal education seminars to keep abreast of recent developments in her practice area, often serving as a featured speaker who provides insights and guidance on Michigan’s No-Fault law and helping auto accident victims.
Be sure to ask Jenifer about her work with animal-related charitable organizations in the state. She has provided pro bono legal services to a number of charitable groups and was lead counsel in a case involving over 30 plaintiffs filed in Macomb County Circuit Court regarding the sale of sick and dying animals being sold at the Gibraltar Trade Center in Macomb County. That love of animals has led to Jenifer operating a 4-acre hobby farm with her husband that includes farm animals and rescue dogs.
