Jessica spent more than a decade as a prosecutor in Southeast Michigan where she tried cases ranging from misdemeanors to multi-defendant homicide trials.
She served as Lead Domestic Violence Prosecutor in Washtenaw County and supervised the S.A.F.E. program, helping lead initiatives aimed at reducing violence and improving investigative practices.
Her experience also includes international legal work in Tokyo and teaching constitutional law at Rikkyo University.
