Bashore Green Law Group in Pontiac, a leading personal injury firm specializing in helping clients following auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accident, dog bites, slip and falls (premises liability), general negligence and injuries resulting from unpaid or missing life and death benefits, has hired Andrew Badgerow as a trial attorney, associate, adjuster and intake specialist.
Andrew previously worked for Latitude Subrogation Services as a Litigation Specialist, acting as the company’s litigation liaison on property claims and the main point of contact with outside counsel on claims that required filing suits or attorney assistance. He also assisted fellow attorneys in responding to discovery requests, managed pre-litigation negotiation on subrogation claims and attended mediations on behalf of insurance company clients. Before that Andrew was an in-house counsel for Allstate, Encompass and Ensurance, and an associate with two Detroit-area law firms handling personal injury and property claims for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
What attracted Andrew to Bashore Green was the need for an attorney with adjusting knowledge and the ability to grow his own practice in reviewing and responding to client insurance claims. Andrew will respond to demands, work on third-party cases and support fellow attorneys on client needs. He will also join the Intake Team at Bashore Green, responding to new leads and cases referred by other law firms.
“I missed the day-to-day work of practicing law but really look forward to using my experience in subrogation, pre-suit resolution and litigation, as well,” Andrew says. “I like how the firm is growing and investing in its office and how well it is rated by clients on Google. Andrew received his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law where he was a part of multiple Dean’s Lists. He lives in Hazel Park with his wife Sjonne and two daughters.
