Litigation and Compliance Counsel

Jonathan R. Feild is a seasoned litigation attorney and legal executive with over a decade of experience advising public-sector and private clients on complex disputes, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance. His practice is defined by a strategic, solutions-oriented approach that aligns legal guidance with organizational objectives. He is experienced in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, including early case assessment, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial advocacy.

Mr. Feild is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Tennessee (2012), the District of Columbia Court of Appeals (2014), the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee (2014), the United States Supreme Court (2023), and the State Bar of Michigan (2025), with admission in Georgia pending.

He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he received the highest distinction in Payment Systems/Commercial Paper and held leadership roles in student advocacy organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in English Literature from Lane College.
