Law Firm to pursue loss recovery for noted community hospital

Doctors’ Hospital has experienced numerous unpaid reimbursements related to services to patients who have sustained a variety of injuries related to auto accidents or other liability claims. Unfortunately, these unpaid claims have mounted in recent months, forcing the hospital to take proactive steps to recover payment.

“As a respected healthcare facility devoted to the wellbeing of its patients, our first concern is treating their injuries,” said Sam Gizzi, President and CEO of Doctors’ Hospital. “However, when an insurance company fails to reimburse us for the services provided, the financial burden becomes great and we have to take necessary steps to motivate them to pay.”
